Returns & Cancellations
If you are not entirely satisfied with the transaction, please contact me discuss the problem. If we cannot resolve the issue, then we promise to arrange a complete refund. You will be required to return the goods, with all packing materials, as received. I will refund all monies paid to me. This does not include your return shipping costs, except in exceptional cirumstances. All claims must be made within 28 days of receipt of the article or within 56 days of me dispatching the article, whichever occurs first.

Shipping
Items will be posted using the UK Royal mail service. Where shipping has been charged, they will be sent first class or airmail. Items that are 'post paid' or 'free shipping' may be sent at the best 'value for money' service available from the Royal Mail.
Items will be posted within five business days of payment being received (and cleared, if UK cheque). Items are NOT normally insured, but this can be arranged on request.
Online reports will be sent by email, and carry NO shipping fees.
Special needs and requests, such as delivery dates, routes or services, can uaually be accomodated. I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail; but I will always try to help you in such cases; please email me.
Frequently Asked Questions
If the article is out of stock, can you email me when you get it?
Just email me the details - I am happy to keep your email and contact you later, when the article is available. I do not accept payment for articles I do not have in stock, and there's no obligation to buy articles I tell you about. You may cancel this service at any time, and your email will be deleted.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay for the item you have purchased, and shipping (where applicable).
Any tax is included in the price - there are no other fees.
