Returns & CancellationsIf you are not entirely satisfied with the transaction, please contact me discuss the problem. If we cannot resolve the issue, then we promise to arrange a complete refund. You will be required to return the goods, with all packing materials, as received. I will refund all monies paid to me. This does not include your return shipping costs, except in exceptional cirumstances. All claims must be made within 28 days of receipt of the article or within 56 days of me dispatching the article, whichever occurs first. updated April 2007
ShippingItems will be posted using the UK' Royal mail service. Where shipping has been charged, they will be sent first class or airmail. Items that are 'post paid' or 'free shipping' may be sent at the best 'value for money' service available from the Royal Mail. Items will be posted within five business days of payment being received (and cleared, if UK cheque). Items are NOT normally insured, but this can be arranged on request. Special needs and requests, such as delivery dates, routes or services, can uaually be accomodated. I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail; but I will always try to help you in such cases; please email me.
